• Does someone need to have some type of specialized knowledge? 
• Is there a certain occupation you’re targeting? 
• Does someone need to have some type of passion or hobby?

Where is your audience currently at/where are they at before working with you? 

• How would your ideal audience member describe their current situation? 
• How do they feel? 
• What thoughts do they have around this problem? 
• Have they tried to solve this problem in the past? If so, how? What has and hasn’t worked? 
• How do they describe this problem or inconvenience to other people? 

Where does your audience want to be/where would they be after working with you and solving their problem? 

• How would your audience spend their time? 
• What would they be doing or maybe no longer doing? 
• How would they feel? 
• What would they be thinking? 
• What would life look like 5 years down the road or even 10 years down the road?
